The Rotary Disc Cutter RDC 100 is a precision instrument designed to cut 3mm diameter TEM discs of wide range of brittle materials including ceramics of oxides, carbides, nitrides as well as semiconductor materials such as Silicon, Gallium Arsenide, Gallium Nitride, Germanium, Sapphire etc.
- Gentle grinding and lapping action cuts wide range of materials including brittle materials, ceramics as well as single crystal materials
- Tool holding platform incorporates a high torque DC motor enabling tool rotation maximum up to 300rpm
